Paid training and free uniform **San Isidro Branch** **Purchasing Assistant \| Weekly Pay \+ Superior Benefits** Medicinas Rosario is looking for a **Purchasing Assistant** to join our team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Adhere to department-established procedures * Review documents and forms to register Suppliers (F1PNO\-CO\-005\) * Register Suppliers in the Indigo system * Review documents and forms for Product Registration (F1PNO\-CO\-004\) * Register Products in the Indigo system * Delete received line items or purchase orders * Move received invoices from the "Receipt\-Purchases" invoice folder to the "Historical" folder * Follow up on complaints and claims against suppliers * Register product offers * Register customer offers * Register supplier offers * Update prices in the Indigo system * Update the product and supplier catalog in the Indigo system * Comply with established safety measures and good practices for the department **REQUIREMENTS** * **Age \-** No restriction * **Gender \-** No restriction * **Minimum Education –** Completed high school and/or equivalent experience * **Marital Status –** No restriction * **Minimum Experience \- **1 year * **Knowledge –** Proficiency in database management **(Excel)** required **SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * One Saturday per month, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **WE OFFER** * Weekly pay \- **(No advance-week payment)** * IMSS \- 100% contribution * 25-day Christmas bonus \- **(Above statutory requirement)** * Vacation and vacation premium \- **(Statutory)** * Profit sharing **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:** * Punctuality bonus: **10%** * Attendance award: **10%** * Monthly food vouchers: **7% \+ $420** * Savings fund: **5%** * Free cafeteria * Personal loans **(up to two months’ salary)** * Transportation assistance – **(For night shift)** * Medication discounts * Paid training * Free uniform * Productivity incentive **(Starting from the 7th month)** * Opportunities for growth and internal promotions Join Medicinas Rosario and work in an environment conducive to professional growth.
