We are seeking an After-Sales Analyst to join the Grupo Veloci team. We are looking for a professional with experience in sales, customer service, and administrative management. Your role will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiently managing after-sales operations. As an After-Sales Analyst, you will serve as the liaison between our customers and the support team. You must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver customized solutions that guarantee an optimal customer experience. Your sales experience will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and for additional sales, always with a focus on customer satisfaction. Prior call center experience is highly valued, as you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You must be proficient in using administrative tools to manage service orders, follow-ups, and documentation related to after-sales activities.
