Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration - Minimum 1 year of experience - Knowledge of administrative accounting principles - Familiarity with accounting systems - Knowledge of cash handling - Excel proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES: • Payment scheduling. • Review and preparation of unit payment reports. • Review and preparation of bank balance reports. • Management of petty cash or financial resources. • Control of cash register closures and cash counts. • Review of accounts receivable and accounts payable documentation. • Bank reconciliations. • Control of journal entries and supplier payments. • Support during audits. • Review of files for new and used vehicles We offer: - Base salary: $15,500 gross - Statutory benefits - Growth opportunities - Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (with 2-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM Work location: López Mateos Avenue, at the level of Las Fuentes. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Cash register, Bank reconciliations, Accounting, Cash flow, Microsoft Excel, Supplier payments, Programming, Treasury, Review Keywords: accountant, payer, controller, accountant, billing clerk, treasurer, bookkeeper, assistant, helper, auxiliary, assistant, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
