REQUIREMENTS: - Valid driver's license - Age 25–45 - Completed high school diploma or higher - Experience as a sales supervisor - Experience in personnel management, sales indicators, customer service, and field supervision. - Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. - Flexible working hours RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor field metrics • Achieve sales targets • Fulfill call center order requirements • Manage staffing WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible hours) WE OFFER: $17,500 Monthly Gross Salary (paid monthly) Productivity bonus and sales range incentive Statutory benefits: IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, profit-sharing, INFONAVIT, Sunday premium Additional benefits: 2% savings fund, medical services, and funeral expense assistance.
