Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting (Completed degree program; certified graduate or letter of completion) - Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant Main Responsibilities: - Recording of Accounting Transactions in Revenue, Expense, and General Journal Entries. - Recording of Payroll and Salary-Related Accounting Transactions. (Recording only, NOT calculation) - Bank Reconciliations for Domestic and Foreign Currency. - Monthly Accounting Closings - Calculation and Filing of Provisional Tax Payments under the General Law Regime for Legal Entities. - Filing of Multiple Informational Returns (DIOT) - Digital and Physical Accounting Record Archiving - CFDI vs. Accounting Reconciliations - Value Added Tax (VAT) Reconciliations using SAT Platform vs. CFDI and Accounting Records.
