Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to join our maintenance team, performing preventive and corrective tasks across various facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Performs general maintenance in electricity, plumbing, doors, and windows. 2. Applies paint and waterproofing to facilities. 3. Controls work materials and tools. !!! REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN: * Preventive and corrective maintenance: - Electrical installations. - Plumbing installations. - Painting. - Waterproofing. - Masonry. - Carpentry and metalwork. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Performing general maintenance (electricity, plumbing, doors, and windows). * Installing and repairing electrical connections. * Applying paint and waterproofing. * Maintaining cisterns, water tanks, and pumps. * Inspecting emergency power generators and fuel levels. * Controlling work materials and tools.
