Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Technical Advisor with a background in chemistry or laboratory science to interact with clients at a specialized laboratory focused on microbiological and physicochemical analysis for the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. We are a specialized laboratory with over 20 years of experience in Jalisco, focused on microbiological and physicochemical analysis for the veterinary pharmaceutical industry, contributing to quality control. Currently, we are seeking our new COMMERCIAL TECHNICAL ADVISOR. By joining us, you will receive: Base salary of $15,000 nominal monthly. Statutory benefits. 100% IMSS registration. Subsidized cafeteria (50%). Location La Palmira neighborhood, Zapopan, Jalisco Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) What will you do in this role? You will serve as the liaison between the client and the laboratory, providing attention and follow-up on their requests: Customer service (phone, WhatsApp, and email) Preparation and follow-up of quotations Registration of new customers Internal coordination for sample intake and tracking Scheduling of result deliveries Handling of incidents, inquiries, or requests What are we looking for in you? Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a technical degree in chemistry, food science, or related field. 6 months to 2 years of experience in a laboratory or customer-facing role within technical environments. Knowledge in the chemistry field. Interest in developing or focusing your career in commercial activities / customer service.
