Job Responsibilities - Daily tracking of project tasks and pending items · Update schedules, dashboards, or trackers · Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes · Identify delays and promptly notify the Project Manager · Basic knowledge of industrial design · Project documentation control · Organization of physical or digital folders · Support in progress reporting · Basic budget or expense control **Skills** · Intermediate Excel (mandatory) · Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 · Basic project management knowledge (preferred) · Experience with tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday (a plus, not always required) · **Advanced spoken and written English** · Stress tolerance · Valid passport and visa · Personal vehicle Experience and Education · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Design **Working Conditions** * Zapopan, Jalisco * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Salary commensurate with experience. *Join our great team and become part of a dynamic and growing environment!* Salary: $0\.01 \- $0\.02 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
