Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Must be at least 22 years of age. Valid INE (National Identity Card) and completed job application form. EXPERIENCED IN MASS RECRUITMENT. What would be your responsibilities? Assist the establishment’s HR specialist. Conduct recruitment and selection of personnel for the establishment, including posting job vacancies. Interview candidates and select the best prospects for further interviews by the department head or establishment manager; maintain full staffing levels.
