




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT technician with a service-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for user support to provide both on-site and remote technical assistance, and to strengthen operational continuity. At Universidad UNE, an educational institution with over 30 years of history, we seek to integrate into our Information Technology team a service-minded individual with technical knowledge and a passion for user support, to deliver on-site and remote technical assistance across corporate offices and campuses. This position is critical to strengthening the operational continuity of technological services, incident response, equipment maintenance, and support for institutional innovation and digital transformation projects. Main Responsibilities: Responding to and resolving technological incidents. Providing on-site and remote technical support to administrative and academic users. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. Tracking and updating service tickets. Performing basic configuration of printers, peripherals, and digital tools. Providing operational support at corporate offices and campuses. Maintaining technical documentation and escalating critical incidents. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, engineering degree, or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, user support, or equipment maintenance. Knowledge of hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. Familiarity with ticketing tools, Active Directory, basic CCTV systems, or ITIL is desirable. Willingness to travel occasionally between campuses. We Offer: Monthly salary of $13,500 MXN (net). Statutory benefits. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Work location: Plaza del Sol. 100% on-site work. Immediate hiring.
