We are looking for a **passionate, dynamic, and experienced Korean teacher** to join our 100% online teaching team. The main objective is to deliver high-quality Korean language classes to students at different levels (beginner to advanced) and from diverse backgrounds, promoting interactive and culturally enriching learning. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver online Korean lessons (individual and/or group) using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar. * Develop and adapt creative and relevant teaching materials aligned with the academy's objectives. * Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. * Stay updated on pedagogical trends and cultural aspects of South Korea. * Maintain organized records of class hours and student attendance. **Essential Requirements** * **Language Proficiency:** Native or advanced bilingual level (C1/C2) in Korean. * **Teaching Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience teaching Korean (in-person or online). * **Digital Skills:** Proficiency with videoconferencing tools and experience in virtual learning environments (LMS, educational platforms). * **Connection and Equipment:** Reliable internet connection, dependable computer equipment, and high-quality microphone/camera. * **Cultural Competence:** In-depth knowledge of South Korean culture, history, and etiquette. **Desirable Requirements** * Certification in teaching the Korean language (e.g., TOPIK Level 6 or Korean teacher certification). * Pedagogical training or prior experience in curriculum design. * Intermediate or advanced level of Spanish or English to facilitate communication with non-native speakers.
