Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills For this project, we are looking for an implant recruiter. ***Position Objective:*** Provide on-site support for talent attraction and selection processes directly at client facilities, ensuring timely coverage of operational, administrative, and specialized positions during the assigned period. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Posting job vacancies on various employment platforms and social media. * Screening and sourcing candidates according to the required profile. * Conducting initial and in-depth interviews. * Timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Coordinating interviews with client leaders or responsible personnel. * Managing and maintaining candidate files. * Preparing progress and vacancy coverage reports. * Providing direct support to internal clients on-site. * Ensuring adherence to hiring timelines and quality standards. ***Required Profile:*** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operational and administrative recruitment. * Proficiency in job platforms and social media. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and Office applications.
