**JOIN OUR TEAM!** ADTI IS LOOKING FOR A QUALITY ENGINEER Develop processes and procedures together with each area manager to guarantee compliance with them. **Key Responsibilities:** \-Support the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system. \-Assist in developing and maintaining documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality control records. \-Implement corrective and preventive actions. \-Track non-conformities and generate quality reports. \-Collaborate with production to improve processes and reduce rework. \-Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. \-Support coordination and supervision of the company’s quality management system. \-Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality processes. \-Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize quality management within the organization. \-Knowledge of 5S implementation. \-Promote a culture of continuous improvement by raising quality awareness and encouraging employee participation in quality initiatives. **Requirements:** \-Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, or related field. \-Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer with an integrator company or in automation projects. \-Knowledge of automation, industrial projects, and quality management system implementations. \-Experience in the food and snacks industry is desirable. \-Ability to work toward defined objectives and deliverables. \-Knowledge of quality methodologies and Lean manufacturing. \-English 50%.
