We are seeking a Surgical Technician: **Position Objective:** To provide technical assistance during surgical procedures, ensuring proper instrumentation, handling of medical equipment, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the operating room, contributing to the success of interventions and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in surgeries according to established techniques and protocols. * Prepare surgical materials and instruments prior to each procedure. * Verify the correct operation of medical equipment and report any issues. * Assist in setting up and dismantling the surgical area. * Maintain effective communication with medical staff, nurses, and team members. * Comply with company-established quality and safety policies. **Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of surgical instrumentation and operating room procedures. * Prior experience in the operating room (preferably in general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, or similar). * Excellent personal presentation. * Proactive attitude and teamwork skills. * Availability to travel to different hospitals or clinics. * Own vehicle required. **We Offer:** * **Base salary:** $15,000 per month (before taxes). * **Additional bonuses** for surgical attendance. * Continuous training and professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
