We are looking for a **Quality Assistant** who wants to grow with us. **Position Objective:** Ensure quality and food safety at every stage of the process, from raw material receipt to finished product release. Requirements * Education: **Food Engineering, Biofood Process Engineering**, or related field (mandatory). * Graduated or currently completing graduation (verifiable). * Minimum experience: **8 to 10 months in the food industry**. * Must reside in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone (ZMG) (mandatory). * Knowledge of **NOM 251, NOM 130, GMP, HACCP, POES, food safety processes, and FSSC22000**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, and responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring and verification of production line processes. * Water analysis and control. * Verification of raw material receipt and storage. * Compliance with GMP, HACCP, POES, FIFO, NCs, and the food safety plan. * Delivery and control of chemical products. * Supervision of machinery cleaning. **What We Offer** * **Schedule:** Evening shift, Monday to Friday **(12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.)**. * **Salary:** $10,170 MXN per month (paid biweekly). * **Statutory benefits from day one.** * **Grocery vouchers** (available after establishing employment base following 3 months) **Work Location:** **Av.
