




**Smart Bamboo is looking for a:** Continuous Improvement Analyst PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering * Prior experience managing CRM platforms preferred * 2 years of experience in sales and customer service roles * 2 years of experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, change management, training, data analysis, and consulting, preferably in the retail and wholesale industry. * Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and project management tools MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop reports and dashboards to monitor process performance and provide recommendations based on results. * Manage properties, forms, workflows, and automations as needed. * Apply assigned methodologies for managing strategic projects designated by the Continuous Improvement Management team, implementing techniques according to the nature of each project. * Monitor and analyze sales performance through report creation and dashboard management. * Conduct periodic training sessions and updates on new CRM functionalities. * Manage CRM integration with company systems. * Contribute to developing a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by promoting best practices and adoption of efficient tools. * Participate in the implementation and follow-up of proposed improvements, ensuring proper execution and measurement of results.
