




We are looking for an Executive Assistant, organized, service-oriented, and with strong communication skills to work near Expo GDL **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education level: Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in administration, business, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role. * Residence location: ZMG. **SKILLS REQUIRED:** * Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity applications. * Advanced English. (Ability to write and converse in English) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Managing schedules, tracking professional and personal matters, handling company administrative tasks, organizing events, arranging travel, managing social media, among others. * Handling emails and communications. * Organizing physical and digital documents, preparing reports, presentations, payments, and invoicing. **WE OFFER:** * Work schedule from Monday to Friday with mixed shifts. * Work location in Colonia Verde Valle, Guadalajara. * Permanent contract.
