Position Summary: Technical operator responsible for operating manufacturing and sterile packaging equipment in aseptic areas, ensuring compliance with procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Highlights: 1. Operation of manufacturing and sterile packaging equipment in ISO 5–8 areas. 2. Participation in CAPA investigations and machinery failure diagnostics. 3. Training of operators and proposal of process improvements. Pharmaceutical and medical device company seeks: ***Technical Operator (Aseptic Area)*** **Position Objective** Operate manufacturing and sterile packaging equipment in ISO 5–8 areas, complying with standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. **Responsibilities:** * Record and monitor in-process controls and critical quality attributes. * Participate in investigations and CAPA plans. * Operate sterile process equipment per standardized procedures. * Train operators on equipment operation. * Verify microbiological monitoring for each batch. * Ensure compliance during aseptic simulation exercises. * Support machinery failure diagnosis and improvement initiatives. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Propose process and operational time improvements. **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma in industrial mechanics, electricity, manufacturing, or maintenance. * Minimum experience: 3 years in equipment operation/maintenance within pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, or electronics industries. * Knowledge of: autonomous/preventive maintenance, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, adjustment, pneumatics, and industrial electricity. * Preferred: GMP, quality management systems, lean manufacturing (White/Yellow Belt), sterile manufacturing procedures. **Schedule** * 4x4 shift pattern: Work 2 days from 7:00 to 19:00 hrs and 2 nights from 19:00 to 7:00 hrs; followed by 4 consecutive days off. **Work Location** * Camino a Santa Ana Tepetitlán #2230, Col.
