**We are seeking a taquero/a for morning and mixed shifts** **Main responsibilities:** * Marinate and season meats according to the taqueria's recipes. * Cut, chop, and prepare fresh ingredients such as onion, cilantro, and salsas. * Heat tortillas on the comal or griddle. * Grill or cook meats on trompo, grill, or griddle. * Slice meat into appropriate portions for tacos. * Monitor temperature and cooking to ensure quality. * Keep the workstation, utensils, and tools clean. * Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. * Organize ingredients and supplies to facilitate workflow. * Prepare tacos according to customer orders. * Add salsas, garnishes, and other accompaniments. * Monitor meat and other ingredient quantities to prevent shortages. * Report when restocking is required. * Coordinate effectively with kitchen assistants, servers, and cashiers. * Adapt to the work pace during peak demand periods. **We offer:** * Salary: $15,000.00 MXN per month (gross). * Biweekly payment. * Grocery vouchers: $700 per month. * Daily tips. * Statutory benefits. * Complimentary beverage. * Uniforms. * Free meals. * Ongoing training. * Excellent working environment. * Growth opportunities. * Agreements with certain companies. **Requirements:** * Age: 25 years or older. * Education level: Completed secondary school or equivalent. * Experience: 1 year. * Passion for customer service. * Professional appearance. **Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Proficiency in using kitchen tools. * Punctuality. * Sense of urgency.
