Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure goal achievement, validate raw materials, supervise finished product deliveries, and control performance metrics and KPIs. Monitor performance metrics and control losses A well-established industrial company is seeking a **Production Supervisor** to work near the **Air Base** in **Zapopan, Jal.** **We Offer:** * Base salary between $18,000 and $20,000 MXN per month, tax-free * Additional bonuses * Statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM **Responsibilities:** * Ensure daily and monthly production targets are met * Validate and receive raw materials * Supervise finished product deliveries * Monitor performance metrics and control losses * Monitor and ensure compliance with KPIs * Control and track performance indicators **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Experience supervising production operations Salary: $18,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
