Job Summary: Solistica is seeking a Picker to inspect, locate, select, and collect products, verify quantities, and prepare orders while maintaining orderliness and reporting incidents. Solistica is currently hiring for the position of **Picker** **Main Responsibilities** * Review assigned picking orders. * Locate, select, and collect products according to SKU, batch, or location. * Verify quantities, packaging, and barcodes. * Scan merchandise for traceability. * Prepare orders on pallets, boxes, or containers. * Maintain order in picking areas. * Report discrepancies, damaged items, or missing products. * Support cycle and general inventory counts. * Comply with safety, quality, and food safety standards. **We Offer** * $10,500 monthly gross salary * $2,450 weekly gross salary * 4% Grocery Vouchers * 4% Savings Fund * Transportation Route * Statutory Benefits * Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM; rotating schedule every 15 days. **Location:** 24 de febrero 223a, Los Robles, C.P.45134, Nuevo México, Jalisco
