We are looking for talent as: Parking Coordinator Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor's degree; title and professional license required. Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience. Responsibilities: Monitor overall operations to ensure agile vehicle entry/exit and proper use of parking spaces. Coordinate and train parking attendants, cleaning staff, or security personnel, including scheduling. Perform cash reconciliations, daily income reports, end-of-day cash settlements, and billing control. Proactively resolve user conflicts, inquiries, or complaints. Ensure access systems function properly, report malfunctions, and verify compliance with civil protection protocols. Maintain records of occupancy, availability, and incidents. Skills: Communication.
