




Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant with experience in food preparation, protein handling, stock control, and dish execution. Key Highlights: 1. Expert food handling and cooking techniques. 2. Inventory management and raw material rotation. 3. Participation in dish preparation and plating. Responsibilities: • Preparation of preliminary food items • Properly cutting, dicing, slicing, trussing, and handling provided proteins and raw materials. • Monitoring long-duration preparations within the kitchen • Checking raw material and supply stock levels • Preparing daily dishes according to guidelines • Grilling, griddling, frying, and applying various cooking methods to raw materials. • Maintaining hygienic and sanitized facilities and work areas • Continuous raw material rotation following the FIFO principle • Assisting on assembly and plating lines. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 19 and 45 years Knowledge: Culinary arts Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide, culinario, culinary, cook, cocina
