Data analysis for continuous improvement and order management E-commerce Executive Job Objective You will be responsible for managing digital platforms, online growth campaigns (e.g., Mercado Libre, Amazon, etc.), data analysis, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure achievement of online sales targets. Key Responsibilities Website Development and Optimization: Design, manage, and enhance the company’s website, ensuring an attractive, functional, and conversion-oriented layout. Create product catalogs, calls-to-action, and integrate visual elements to improve user experience (UX); place our supplement brand on Mercado Libre, Amazon, etc. Online Store Management: Oversee the proper operation of the e-commerce platform, payment gateways, and purchasing processes. Conduct usability testing, identify and resolve technical issues. SEO and SEM: Implement organic search engine optimization strategies and paid advertising campaigns to increase traffic and conversion. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Monitor key metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, campaign ROI) and adjust marketing strategies and shopping experience based on results. Order Management: Coordinate the entire online order process, ensuring efficient execution and a satisfying customer experience. Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Systems, Digital Design, or related field. Experience 2–4 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online store management. Technical Knowledge E-commerce Platforms: Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, VTEX, or others. Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads. SEO and SEM. Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tag Manager. CRM and Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo. Excel and data analysis. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred).
