




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare pre-cooked dishes, monitor cooking processes, control inventory, prepare daily dishes, apply various cooking methods, and maintain hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparing pre-cooked dishes and handling food. 2. Application of various cooking methods (grilling, griddling, frying). 3. Maintaining hygienic and sanitized facilities and work areas. Responsibilities: Preparation of pre-cooked dishes related to food Cutting, dicing, slicing, trussing, and properly handling proteins and raw materials provided. Monitoring long-duration preparations within the kitchen Checking raw material and supply inventory Preparing daily dishes according to guidelines Grilling, griddling, frying, and applying various cooking methods to raw materials. Maintaining hygienic and sanitized facilities and work areas Continuous rotation of raw materials following the FIFO principle • Supporting assembly and plating lines . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 35 years Knowledge: Culinary arts Keywords: chef, cook
