Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as Sub Chef. • Completed High School or Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy, Hospitality and Tourism (completed or incomplete; NOT currently enrolled). • Age: 25 to 45 years old • Gender: No preference • Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with one day off per week From 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Full availability throughout all 365 days of the year. • Experience in food and raw material control and storage. • Conflict Resolution • Personnel Management • Teamwork • Menu Development • Standard Recipe Development • H Certification • Excellent Personal Presentation We Offer: Salary: $17,000 (GROSS) per month.
