Job Summary: Manage flight and accommodation reservations, providing personalized support to customers and coordinating services with suppliers to ensure efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of domestic and international reservations 2. Customer service and resolution of itinerary-related inquiries 3. Collaboration with suppliers and service follow-up Main Responsibilities: • Reservation Management: Process and manage flight and accommodation reservations—both domestic and international—for groups and individual customers. • Customer Service: Provide prompt, personalized customer support, resolving inquiries and managing changes or adjustments to itineraries. • Quotations: Prepare quotations for hotels, flights, and complementary services in Mexico and other countries (e.g., USA, Argentina, Panama). • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, transportation providers) to ensure service availability and quality. • Service Follow-up: Confirm reservations, verify itineraries, and notify customers of significant changes. • Operational Reporting: Record and report completed reservations, processed payments, and request statuses. • Training Participation: Attend training sessions related to reservation systems and supplier services.
