Job Objective Support the production, decoration, and assembly of bakery products for events, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely delivery in accordance with company standards. Functions and Responsibilities - Assist in preparing desserts, cakes, jellies, dessert tables, and other bakery products. - Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to established recipes. - Decorate basic products following the chef's instructions. - Keep the work area clean and organized before, during, and after production. - Assist in assembling desserts for events (onsite or in the kitchen). - Monitor proper storage of supplies and finished products. - Verify expiration dates and product rotation (FIFO). - Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations. - Assist with raw material inventory. - Follow instructions and recipes accurately.
