Carry out preventive maintenance of all equipment and facilities of the property according to established programs. • Perform corrective maintenance arising from operations. • Supervise and control utilities, as well as water quality parameters and refrigerator and cold room temperatures. • Conduct guest transfers and transportation in strict compliance with state traffic regulations. • Inspect and ensure the proper condition of the company vehicle. Main Responsibilities: • Preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities. • Respond to failure reports. • Record gas, electricity, and water meter readings. • Conduct water hardness and chlorine tests. • Be informed of and participate in risk prevention and environmental protection measures. • Perform guest transportation while consistently demonstrating courtesy and efficiency.
