You will be responsible for coordinating the operational team and ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service while maintaining the brand's established standards for quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate has experience in quick-service restaurant operations, personnel management, and inventory control, as well as a strong customer orientation and commitment to achieving goals. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily restaurant operations (kitchen, counter, bar, and service). * Ensure compliance with standards for **quality, speed, cleanliness, and customer service**. * Coordinate staff schedules, roles, and performance. * Manage inventory, supplies, orders, and cash. * Train, motivate, and develop the team. * Monitor sales targets, productivity, and customer satisfaction. * Resolve operational issues and ensure efficient and safe operations. ### **Requirements** * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience** in similar roles within the **fast food or restaurant industry**. * Knowledge of **personnel management, customer service, and inventory control**. * **Flexible availability** (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays). * Ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented mindset. * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical/vocational degree (preferred). ### **We Offer** * Weekly pay * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits * Opportunities for **professional growth and development** * Excellent work environment * 20-day year-end bonus
