We are looking for a Group Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating group trips, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our customers. Your role includes planning detailed itineraries, managing logistical details, and resolving any issues that arise during the trip. We need someone with a proactive attitude and exceptional ability to work under pressure. You must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Your responsibilities will include coordinating transportation, accommodation, and activities for groups, as well as managing budgets and overseeing local suppliers. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for groups during their stay, ensuring all needs are met and that customers fully enjoy their experience with us.
