




- Prepare tlayudas following the recipe and specified portions (base, seat, beans, string cheese, proteins, and accompaniments) - Manage the grill or comal, maintaining an appropriate temperature for uniform cooking. - Cook and portion proteins (dried beef, chorizo, steak) according to house standards. - Heat and handle ingredients while ensuring their freshness and good condition. - Assemble and present tlayudas quickly and with visual appeal. - Keep the workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked. - Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. - Assist with basic inventory tasks and report shortages. - Coordinate with servers or cashiers regarding delivery timing.
