Job Summary: We are seeking a Bartender to prepare cocktails, maintain the bar, and assist with restaurant service while adhering to hygiene protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cocktail and beverage preparation 2. Bar maintenance and restocking 3. Assistance in bar setup and breakdown Join the team at Mochomos or Cuerno Restaurant in the Andares area as a Bartender Minimum 6 months of experience as a bar assistant or bartender in restaurants, bars, or events Prepare cocktails and beverages according to recipes. Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift. Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service. Maintain adequate stock levels of supplies, glassware, and tools during service. Comply with hygiene, cleaning, and beverage handling protocols. Working hours are rotating between opening and closing shifts, with one day off per week Base weekly salary is 2,338\+ approximately 1,600 weekly in tips Statutory benefits
