SEÑORA TANAKA is seeking: **BAR ASSISTANT** BENEFITS: Salary: $8,500.00 MXN per month, net Tips: Approx. $1,400 weekly Statutory benefits Direct hiring Opportunity for growth Free meals RESPONSIBILITIES: * Report incidents, complaints, and suggestions to the area supervisor. * Prepare classic and modern cocktails according to established quality standards. * Wash and disinfect work areas daily. * Clean the service bar in general. * Follow up on the cleaning checklist. * Report equipment malfunctions or shortages. * Participate in assigned training courses as needed. * Production preparation. * Mise en place (bar opening). * Check and rotate stock (FIFO). * Stock refrigerators. * Wash and disinfect bar cloths and utensils.
