High-quality food and beverage service WE ARE HIRING WAITERS FOR THE GLOBAL OPENING Job Summary: Provide food and beverage service to attendees of entertainment events, ensuring prompt, courteous, and high-quality service that contributes to a positive customer experience during concerts, festivals, or shows. Main Responsibilities: • Greet and serve customers in a courteous and professional manner. • Present the menu and explain food and beverage options. • Ensure an enjoyable service experience for attendees. • Serve food and beverages according to established standards. • Verify that orders are delivered complete and on time. • Maintain assigned tables or areas clean and orderly. • Enter orders into the system or communicate them to the cashier area as per procedure. • Confirm that orders match customer requests. • Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas before and after events. • Prepare workstations with necessary utensils, glassware, and supplies. • Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. • Comply with hygiene, food safety standards, and venue protocols. • Wear assigned uniform and work equipment. • Follow instructions from the Supervisor or Head Waiter. Job Requirements: Education: Completed junior high school or high school Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a waiter in restaurants, bars, hotels, or events is preferred. Experience in large-scale events or serving high volumes of customers (preferred). Specific Knowledge: Basic food and beverage service. Tray handling and table service. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. Basic use of terminals or order systems (preferred). Skills: Service-oriented attitude. Strong communication skills with customers and team members. Efficiency and organization. Ability to work under pressure. Responsibility and punctuality. Teamwork. Professional appearance. Availability: Flexible shift work, including weekends and holidays, according to the event calendar. DAILY PAY $1,000. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years
