Challenges or Responsibilities: Customer Service Greet customers warmly and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to deliver personalized service. Product Consultation Guide customers in selecting products (shoes, clothing, accessories) by offering recommendations based on their style, usage, and preferences. Answer questions regarding product availability, sizes, colors, materials, and features. Resolve concerns or issues related to returns, exchanges, or product care. Sales and Business Goals Meet store-established sales targets by increasing transaction volume and maximizing average transaction value. Promote diverse product offerings such as limited editions or new collections. Product Knowledge Possess comprehensive knowledge of product features, trends, and materials to provide well-founded recommendations. Participate in workshops and training sessions offered by the company to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Ensure products are available in stock and that shelves and display areas are well-organized and aligned with the brand image.
