INTRA-FACILITY SECURITY GUARD Location: Av. Obreros de Cananea, Col. San Nicolás de los Belenes, C.P. 45150, Zapopan, Jalisco. Job Objective: Ensure facility security through access control, personnel inspection, goods validation, and supervision of entries and exits, contributing to loss prevention and compliance with established security protocols. Requirements: • Minimum education: Completed secondary school. • Minimum 1 year of experience in security. • Experience in warehouses, distribution centers (CEDIS), or auto parts companies (preferred). • Knowledge of access control and personnel inspection. • Document handling for goods validation. • Availability to work 12x12 shifts. Knowledge and Skills: • Pedestrian and vehicle access control. • Use of handheld metal detectors and walk-through metal detectors. • Preparation and maintenance of logs. • Validation of invoices, delivery notes, and outbound documentation. • Loss prevention and shrinkage control. • Attention to detail. • Adherence to regulations and procedures. • Ability to work under pressure. • Honesty, responsibility, and commitment. Main Responsibilities: • Registration and control of entries and exits for staff, suppliers, and visitors. • Supervision of vehicle and goods access. • Personnel inspection using handheld detectors and security arches. • Prevention of unauthorized goods removal. • Validation of products against invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation. • Inspection of loading and unloading vehicles. • Preparation of reports and incident logs. • Implementation of company-established security protocols.
