**Human Resources Manager** **Job Description:** At Consorcio Innoverra, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our department. You will be the strategic and operational pillar for all human capital within the company, ensuring proper implementation of policies, processes, and workplace climate. **We are looking for someone who:** * Has proven experience in a Human Resources Manager or Supervisor role, with leadership over the area. * Possesses advanced and practical knowledge in payroll processing using the COMPAQi system (essential). * Desirable experience with the Odoo system. * Is proactive, with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. * Preferably under 40 years old, with energy and vision to modernize and drive the department forward. **Main Responsibilities:** * **HR Comprehensive Management:** Directing and administering all department activities. * **Payroll and Administration:** Calculation, stamping, disbursement, and full management of weekly payroll using the COMPAQi system. Handling incidents and tax requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). * **Recruitment and Selection:** From job posting to hiring and onboarding. * **Labor Relations:** Managing contracts, employee registrations/cancellations with IMSS. * **Training and Development:** Identifying training needs and implementing programs. * **Workplace Climate:** Implementing actions to maintain a positive and productive work environment. * **Employee Support:** Resolving inquiries and individual situations. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or Supervisor. * Advanced and demonstrable proficiency in the COMPAQi payroll system. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and labor tax obligations. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary from $20,000 to $25,000 * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Opportunity to join a stable company with an excellent work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
