THE MALL HAS STRATEGICALLY LOCATED CUSTOMER SERVICE MODULES WITHIN THE PREMISES, (NOT SALES—purely in-person public service at the mall, PROVIDING INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT) THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB · Responsibilities include: Providing visitors and customers with information on promotions, events, and services. Supporting marketing department activities related to event and activity promotion and dissemination. Promoting information about the mall’s attractions. Escalating situations to the security department (e.g., lost items). Guiding mall visitors regarding the location of certain property amenities. Schedule management.
