We seek someone with a demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and recruit high-quality talent. This role requires a meticulous approach and strong ability to effectively connect with candidates and companies. The field recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from candidate identification through to successful placement. You must possess excellent professional relationship-building skills and the ability to motivate and guide candidates through the hiring process. Additionally, in-depth familiarity with the recruitment area (Nextipac, Tlajomulco, and surrounding areas) is essential. Key Requirements: Proven field recruitment experience. Ability to work proactively and meticulously. In-depth knowledge of the current labor market. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
