




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage training, wellness, tool allocation, payroll, IMSS, and personnel file archiving, as well as support recruitment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages training and wellness campaigns 2. Administers tool allocation and payroll reporting 3. Handles the IMSS portal and Nomipaq software Due to growth, they are seeking a Human Resources Assistant. What will you do? Manage and coordinate activations for training and wellness campaigns Manage and register tool allocation on company platforms so employees can perform their duties Generate reports and summaries of payroll updates Process employee enrollments and terminations in IMSS Operate Nomipaq Responsible for inventory management of office supplies for operations and restocking cafeteria items Complete authorized forms for congratulations and all types of emotional support in Canva Prepare quotations for activations and assist in coordinating such events Quote activities and gifts according to established guidelines and submit proposals Digital and physical administration archiving Responsible for maintaining complete personnel files—both active and inactive—of all company employees Support CV sourcing for recruitment Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or Administration 1 year of experience in a similar role Experience with Nomipaq Experience and proficiency using the IMSS portal Microsoft Office 365 What do they offer?
