We seek an organized, analytical candidate with experience in general accounting and corporate tax matters, capable of closely monitoring the company's accounting and tax processes. What will you do in this role? Recording of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, and daily entries) Issuing invoices and managing credit notes Bank, sales, and purchase reconciliations Validation of tax receipts (CFDI) Downloading and handling information via the SAT portal Support in calculation and review of corporate taxes Organization and control of accounting documentation Requirements Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Experience handling corporate taxes Solid knowledge of general accounting Proficiency in the SAT portal Intermediate Excel skills We are looking for someone who is Organized and highly responsible Analytical and detail-oriented Discreet when handling sensitive information Effective at time management Willing to work collaboratively in a team Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM One Saturday per month, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Benefits Gross monthly salary of $12,000 to $13,000, depending on experience Statutory benefits Meals Job stability Location Area: Paraísos del Colli, Zapopan, Jalisco If you have experience in corporate tax matters and seek stability in the accounting field, apply through this channel.
