




Supervise daily cut-off by reviewing and validating billing of waybills, document packages, and daily transactions Ensure on-site and remote technical support for first-level incidents (mobile app, SACS, POS, operating systems, printers, handheld devices, PCs, logistics systems, BI and Analytics, communications, security, COPSy, and Office 365), escalating cases beyond their scope to the corporate team Manage preventive maintenance of PCs, printers, and handheld devices, as well as control of computing equipment inventory (assignment records, additions, removals, and final disposition) Safeguard branch cybersecurity through timely installation and updates of authorized mobile applications Train branch staff on the use of corporate applications, operating systems, and office tools Coordinate implementation of new processes, applications, and services at the branch, applying defined controls and reporting progress to responsible departments Position type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Up to $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
