In this position, you will be responsible for managing and supervising operations in your assigned region, ensuring that company objectives are achieved efficiently. Your role involves collaborating with local teams to optimize processes, manage medical professionals’ performance, and improve customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field). * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in regional coordination, supervision, or leadership roles within the Retail sector. * Experience managing personnel and multiple units. * Valid driver’s license (mandatory) * Candidate must be able to operate a standard vehicle (driving test required) **Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor operations across **5 assigned clinics**. * Resolve and provide support for issues arising in assigned units. * Prepare and submit administrative reports to direct supervisor. * Measure established KPIs for each unit. * Conduct periodic inventory of supplies at business units, as well as store audits (Check store). * Track KPI indicators and develop monthly work plans with the teams of assigned business units. **Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, **Saturdays:** 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Sunday Fixed Day Off **We Offer** * Direct employment with the company. * Paid training. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth within the organization. * Company vehicle. * Toll and fuel reimbursement. * Computer equipment. * Telephone equipment
