




Job Summary: Conducts inspections during production and packaging to ensure compliance with procedures and specifications for both sterile and non-sterile products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Job Description: Job Objective: To correctly execute inspection activities within production and packaging operations in accordance with established procedures and controls, meeting the specifications defined for each product. Responsibilities: * Performs picking, solution preparation, filling, packaging, and blistering operations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and timely documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). * Executes necessary activities to fulfill production and packaging order requirements based on quality inspection operations for both sterile and non-sterile products. * Conducts review and monitoring of viable particles within process operations, as well as continuous monitoring of non-viable particles per established specifications, reporting operational anomalies. * Performs sampling of bulk and semi-finished sterile and non-sterile products for physicochemical and microbiological analysis. * Identifies and reports deviations occurring during picking, production, and packaging operations to the Quality Assurance team, and subsequently actively participates in investigations to determine the appropriate CAPA plan. * Implements and participates in corrective actions with manufacturing to prevent process deviations and/or minimize operational risks. * Collects retention and/or stability samples of applicable products to meet regulatory and specification requirements. * Physically and visually segregates, identifies, and tracks non-conforming or deviation-impacted products that may arise at any stage of sterile and non-sterile product processes. * Performs reconciliation of sterile product production to ensure correct identification and transfer of semi-finished products, as well as physical segregation of materials sent for scrap. * Reviews material reconciliation at each stage of sterile and non-sterile product processes to ensure correct identification and transfer of semi-finished products, and physical segregation of materials sent for scrap. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (QFB), Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QBP), Food Chemistry (QFI), Chemistry (Q), Industrial Chemistry (IQ), or Chemical Engineering (IQI) (graduated). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in this role within the pharmaceutical, API, or medical device industry.
