We design, build, and operate production-grade digital products for enterprises demanding speed and precision. Our active portfolio includes Ristochain, Sportiq, Abarrotech, Objetivapp, and Leadera, among others. **Job Description** We are looking for an AI / LLM Engineer Intern with genuine curiosity about language models and a willingness to work on real products from day one. This is not a support or documentation role: you will build functional agents, integrate AI APIs, and validate complete workflows delivered to real users. **Responsibilities** * Build and maintain AI agents using Claude, GPT, and open-source models on production products * Integrate and debug APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google; identify behavioral inconsistencies * Design and test workflows in n8n; migrate them to code when appropriate * Validate end-to-end implementations: from prompt design to final user experience **Who We’re Looking For** * Demonstrable interest in LLMs and AI agents (personal projects, prototypes, or self-driven experiments) * Ability to move forward with incomplete documentation and solve problems independently * Willingness to ask questions, make mistakes, and iterate without friction * No completed university degree or prior work experience required **Tech Stack & Tools** Claude API · OpenAI · n8n · TypeScript · Python · Supabase · Cursor · Claude Code · Webhooks **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation for the internship program * Access to official certifications in AI, cloud, and product APIs * Direct mentorship from the people building the products daily * Hands-on work on production—not fictional—projects * A clear path to full-time employment based on technical and cultural fit * Office in Zapopan, Jalisco · Flexible schedule compatible with academic commitments Employment Type: Indefinite-term, Apprenticeship, Project-based or fixed-term Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $7,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible working hours Work Location: Hybrid remote in Zapopan, Jal.
