**2P Capital Humano is seeking a Field Engineer in Las Águilas - Zapopan, Jalisco** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a technical professional with experience in **technology infrastructure installation**, capable of executing full projects, maintaining order standards at installation sites, and resolving unforeseen issues during execution. Here, the job is not just about installation. It is about **delivering well-executed, functional, and documented projects**. **Main Responsibilities** * Installation of structured cabling (copper and fiber optic). * Splicing and fusion of fiber optic cables. * Assembly and installation of network racks and cabinets. * Installation of switches and network equipment. * Installation of video surveillance systems (NVR / DVR). * Installation of access control and alarm systems. * Implementation of point-to-point wireless links. * Conducting technical site surveys and material quantification. * Preparing technical reports and basic network diagrams. * Supporting basic network configuration (IP addressing, connectivity, WiFi). **Requirements** * Engineering or technical degree in Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in infrastructure or network installations**. * Practical knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optics. * Experience working on-site. * Valid driver’s license. * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues during installation. **We Offer** * **Monthly gross salary ranging from $15,000 to $20,000** * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday**. * Participation in various technology infrastructure projects. * Job stability and technical development. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and repairs **Industry:** Wireless **Skills:** * Proactivity * Working under pressure * Service-oriented attitude *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69c5b0b0350000310008448c\&source\=indeed*
