***Intecfra*** Company dedicated to the sale and leasing of computer equipment, and general IT solutions, is looking for talent for its Engineering department: Join our team as: **"Lead Implementation Engineer in Solutions"** **Work location: Arcos de Guadalupe, 45037 Zapopan, Jal.** Requirements: * Technical degree or incomplete degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related fields. * 3+ years of experience as a Server Coordinator Engineer or Data Center Engineer. * **Knowledge in server infrastructure, storage systems, monitoring platforms management, infrastructure performance, and public cloud platforms.** * Nutanix certification (DESIRABLE) * VMware or Veeam certifications (DESIRABLE). ***Functions and responsibilities:*** * Plan and coordinate all on-site implementation activities * Identify and resolve technical issues arising during implementation * Act as the main point of contact for clients during implementation * Lead and coordinate the on-site technical team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance * Ensure the team follows established procedures and quality standards * Conduct functionality and performance testing to ensure the implemented solution meets technical requirements * Identify and correct any issues detected during validation or delivery testing * Maintain detailed documentation of all implementation activities * Ensure all required documentation is complete and accessible for successful project closure and delivery * Obtain certifications from the brands and solutions we use * Obtain service methodology certification (ITIL) **We offer:** * Salary negotiable according to your profile, experience, and skills * Variable compensation system (uncapped commissions and additional payments on top of base salary) * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacations, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus, etc.) * Additional benefits beyond legal requirements (Major Medical Insurance upon permanent status, life insurance, discount card, accident insurance, roadside and home assistance) ***Working hours:*** * Work schedule: Weekly workload of 40 hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (with two hours for lunch) * Work mode: On-site Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expenses insurance * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
