Professional development in a dynamic and proactive environment Human Resources Analyst · A prestigious Corporate Consulting firm is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join its team and support the administration and development of human capital processes. · Key Responsibilities: * Payroll administration and processing. * Cash payroll payment and control. * Employee and client support and follow-up. * Preparation, review, and signing of employment contracts. * Personnel file administration and control. * Data handling and analysis using Excel. * Tracking of incidents, employee onboarding, and offboarding. * Organization and management of emails and internal requests. * Administrative support and fieldwork assistance. · Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. * Valid driver’s license. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of administrative and labor processes. * Availability for on-site work and field activities. · Skills and Competencies * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and professional conduct. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proactivity and initiative. * Sense of urgency and follow-through. * Teamwork. * Confidential handling of information. * Time planning and management. * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Adaptability and continuous learning. * Logical and analytical thinking. * Excellent service attitude.
