




GEMETYTEC \| One single supplier for the Supply Chain Mexican company with 30 years in the market, we are label manufacturers in Mexico, we commercialize point-of-sale equipment focused on identification, control, and printing solutions, we have the best partners recognized worldwide. **We are currently looking for talent as a PURCHASING ASSISTANT!** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute purchases under the best conditions for the company * Carry out purchases according to negotiated costs and delivery times * Negotiate with suppliers the fulfillment of purchase conditions regarding cost, freight, and insurance * Review and validate sales orders and supplier documents for goods entry into the system * Analyze and review backorders of sales and purchases for commercial area review * Comply with the purchasing process * Notify internal customers of any failure to meet purchase conditions agreed upon with the supplier * Send invoices and manage supplier payments **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related field * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Purchaser * Desired experience in technology and/or indirect procurement * Intermediate Excel skills * Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems **WE OFFER:** * Competitive base salary according to experience * Monthly performance and productivity bonuses * Statutory benefits **Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm** **Work Location: Ciudad Granja, Zapopan.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Workplace: On-site
